Leads an operational team focused on excellence and service REVERSE LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (Last Mile, High-Value Products) Purpose of the Position Ensure efficient, secure, and reliable handling of high-value returned products in last-mile processes, guaranteeing proper receipt, classification, storage, and disposition, while optimizing time, costs, and resources; protecting asset integrity; and complying with quality and sustainability regulations—all while leading the operational team with a focus on excellence, control, and customer service. Main Responsibilities • Supervise receipt and validation of high-value product returns. • Coordinate classification, temporary storage, and re-shipment or final disposition per established policies. • Monitor key performance indicators: return cycle times, inventory accuracy, associated costs. • Implement physical and documentary security controls to protect asset integrity. • Ensure compliance with last-mile quality and safety regulations. • Train and motivate the operational team, fostering discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. Position Requirements • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: 2–3 years in reverse logistics, last-mile operations, or high-value returns management. • Technical knowledge: o Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and real-time traceability. o Inventory control and transportation security processes.
