Opportunity for professional development and continuous training Private Security Trainer · Job Description: We are looking for a trainer with experience in the private security sector, responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for operational personnel (e.g., security guards, supervisors, etc.). The primary objective is to ensure that staff possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to perform their duties efficiently, in compliance with current regulations and company standards. Responsibilities: Design and deliver training courses. Evaluate the performance and learning outcomes of trained personnel. Update training content in response to regulatory changes and operational needs. Train on the use of security equipment and applied technology. Prepare training reports and track key performance indicators. Identify training needs and propose improvement plans. Requirements: Proven experience in private security (minimum 2–3 years). Prior experience as a trainer or instructor. Knowledge of security regulations and procedures. Strong communication and group facilitation skills. Planning and organizational capabilities. Desirable: Certification as a trainer or in security-related topics.
