Private Security Operations Manager

Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of security services, supervising personnel, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction through strategic management. Key Highlights: 1. Position Objective: Ensure the proper operation of assigned security services, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, effective supervision of operational personnel, and customer satisfaction, through strategic management of resources, processes, and risks. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in security, administration, or related fields). * Minimum 5 years of experience in private security, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar role. * Experience managing operational personnel (guards, supervisors). * Knowledge of asset security, risk analysis, and security protocols. * Client management and conflict resolution skills. * Willingness to travel and supervise services. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
