Stability and professional development. We seek a Payroll Manager with experience leading high-volume payroll processes, focused on operational control, customer service, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and social security Experience managing HC payroll for 300 employees Proficiency in ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA, IDSE, REPSE, ICSOE, and SISUB Experience in calculating severance payments, settlements, and electronic invoicing (timbrado) Knowledge of weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, and mixed payroll schemes Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate payroll processing for multiple clients Validate payroll incidents, taxes, payments, and compliance with cutoff dates Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in IDSE Submission of statutory obligations (ICSOE, SISUB, Occupational Risk Premium) Control of electronic invoicing (timbrado), annual calculations, severance payments, and settlements Billing follow-up and client support Implementation of improvements and internal controls We Offer Monthly net salary Statutory benefits Additional benefits Stability and professional development If you have experience leading payroll processes and are seeking a strategic challenge with operational impact, apply through this channel and join our team.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Skills: Teamwork Keywords: leader, manager, director, chief, lead, supervisor, head, regent, salary, pay, remuneration, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, payroll specialist
