Job Summary: We are seeking a technically-commercial HVAC Engineer/Technician to ensure robust proposals, proper equipment selection, and specialized client support for corporate and industrial projects. A leading company in air-conditioning solutions seeks to integrate into its team an HVAC Engineer or Technician with a technical-commercial focus, actively participating in warranty handling, project reviews, equipment selection, and supporting the sales team in corporate and industrial projects. This position is critical to ensuring solid technical proposals, correct equipment selection, and specialized client support before, during, and after the sale. MISSION: Serve as the technical liaison between clients, sales, and operations, ensuring that each HVAC project features appropriate equipment selection, accurate interpretation of drawings, and professional technical follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and project quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide specialized technical support to the commercial team, assisting in HVAC system selection, sizing, and specification. - Prepare technical and economic quotations for projects, tenders, and direct client requirements. - Attend to and advise clients to clarify technical scopes, requirements, and proposals. - Manage and track warranties, coordinating diagnostics and solutions with the technical team. - Conduct field-based technical reviews and diagnostics when necessary to validate equipment or installations. - Operate HVAC equipment selection software, especially for VRF and packaged systems. - Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, identifying capacities, routing, locations, and installation scopes. - Prepare, review, or validate AutoCAD drawings (piping diagrams, drainage, and wiring diagrams). - Participate in post-sales follow-up and technical support for ongoing projects. CANDIDATE PROFILE - Minimum experience: 2 years in HVAC systems. - Solid technical knowledge of: VRF systems, packaged systems, and mini-splits. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. - Proficiency in HVAC equipment selection software (preferably Lennox, Daikin, LG, or Mitsubishi). - Basic diagnostics, technical assessments, and warranty tracking. TOOLS: - AutoCAD (mandatory). - HVAC equipment selection software. SKILLS: - Clear communication and professional client interaction. - Service orientation and problem-solving focus. - Analytical ability and organizational skills. EDUCATION: - Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of Lennox VRF, controls, and energy efficiency.
