We are looking for an Operational Supervisor responsible for ensuring the proper execution of security services, supervising field personnel, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. What will be your main challenge? Coordinate and supervise daily security operations, ensuring compliance with instructions, proper service coverage, and timely incident response. What will you do? Supervise operational staff across various services. Ensure shift coverage and compliance (shift rotations). Track incidents and provide customer support. Assist with administrative processes such as payroll preparation. Ensure compliance with security protocols. Required Profile Experience in Private Security Completed high school education. Valid driver’s license, Type A or C. Experience managing personnel. Customer service and leadership skills. Full-time availability. What We Offer Base salary: $13,000 monthly Additional bonus: Fixed $3,000 for the first 3 months Statutory benefits from day one More than 20 additional benefits Job stability and growth Schedule Shift: 12x36 (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), plus two weekend shifts per month in 24x24 format.
