Responsible, organized person with a service-oriented attitude Maintenance Supervisor (Hotel) A small-sized hotel located in Bosques de las Lomas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of its facilities. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the hotel. Handle basic repairs (electricity, plumbing, painting, etc.). Inspect the condition of guest rooms and common areas. Follow up on maintenance reports. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks. Requirements: Prior experience in general maintenance (hotels, buildings, or similar). Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. Experience in floor and surface care (marble, polishing, etc.) is desirable.
