Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and General Services Coordinator to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, manage equipment, and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS: · Education: Civil, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field (internship candidate acceptable). Experience: Preferably 2 years in similar positions. · Specific knowledge: Knowledge of electricity, masonry, painting, etc. · Proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in SAP Concur. · Willingness to travel. RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for the plant and offices. · Maintain control of spare parts and materials. · Comply with procedures of the quality management system. · Install and modify equipment. · Develop maintenance performance indicators. · Manage discipline of maintenance personnel, cleaning, and gardening staff. · Prepare maintenance expense budgets. · Analyze machinery and equipment failures. · Manage quotation requests and procurement activities. · Carry out office remodeling and maintenance nationwide. · Monitor logistics for service delivery. · Conduct internal audits of the quality management system.
