The Role's Challenge Direct, coordinate, and supervise high-level executive protection operations, ensuring the physical integrity of the protectee, proper execution of protocols, and impeccable performance of the escort team under their command across corporate, social, and high-exposure environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate executive escort teams assigned to Triple A clients. Design, implement, and supervise executive protection plans, secure routes, and risk analysis. Ensure strict compliance with security, response, and confidentiality protocols. Evaluate performance, discipline, and appearance of personnel under their supervision. Coordinate operational logistics: roles, shifts, rotations, and special coverage. Maintain direct communication with clients, executives, and strategic departments. Make critical decisions under pressure in real-risk scenarios. Supervise proper use of vehicles, tactical equipment, and assigned resources. Prepare executive reports on relevant events and incidents. Candidate Profile (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Proven experience as an Escort Manager or Executive Protection Coordinator. Track record protecting executives, senior management, entrepreneurs, or high-profile families. Strong leadership, tactical judgment, and high emotional control. Excellent physical condition and executive bearing. Advanced knowledge of: Risk analysis Route planning Crisis management Response protocols Full availability regarding schedule and mobility.
