CESSA University San Ángel / State of Mexico Job Objective Attract, advise, and convert prospects into enrolled students through a consultative sales process, strategic follow-up, and effective closing. Responsibilities Achievement of enrollment targets (weekly and monthly KPIs) Lead management and follow-up (inbound and outbound) in CRM Prospecting, profiling, and conversion of candidates Prospect engagement (in-person, phone, and digital) Personalized advising for students and parents Sales pipeline management and timely follow-up Sales closing (enrollments) Profile Completed bachelor's degree 2+ years of sales experience (preferred intangible sectors: education, insurance, banking, services) Experience in prospecting, follow-up, and closing CRM proficiency Results-oriented profile with strong goal achievement focus Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional presence Valid driver's license (personal vehicle preferred) Compensation Base salary: $18,000 to $20,000 gross per month Commission structure Gasoline vouchers Statutory benefits Continuous training and growth plan Schedule Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00 Friday: 09:00 to 14:30 2 Saturdays per month (on-call duty) Why Join Us?
