Description

Position Summary: A professional responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing BIM models, ensuring compatibility and compliance with standards throughout the project. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and updating of BIM models in Revit for all disciplines. 2. Model coordination and clash detection. 3. Management of collaborative BIM platforms (BIM360 / ACC). Create, maintain, and update BIM models in Revit for all disciplines. Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure compatibility. Perform clash detection and issue reports. Manage collaborative BIM platforms (BIM360 / ACC). Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Ensure proper use of BIM standards, levels of detail, and naming conventions. Generate drawings, views, 4D and 5D models where applicable. Maintain active communication with Project Managers and Coordinators. Document modeling processes and updates as the project progresses. Integrate information for cost estimation, scheduling, and construction control. Coordinate technical sessions, reviews, and interdisciplinary BIM meetings. Verify that the model reflects actual site conditions through periodic site visits. Manage corporate BIM libraries, families, and templates.
