Position Summary: Coordinate billing and collections activities, provide support to the manager on strategies, documentation control and collection follow-up, as well as accounting validation and report preparation. NOR-SEG Private Security Services is seeking: Billing and REPSE Coordinator - Coordinate the company's billing and collections activities. - Assist the department manager in coordinating communication guidelines and relevant strategies jointly with the Operations and Commercial Management departments to ensure smooth billing processes. - Maintain documentation control of issued invoices to provide appropriate support for collection management and recovery. - Send invoices to clients via email or in person, supported by the Commercial Department. - Conduct telephone-based collection follow-up, as well as prepare credit and debit memos. - Assist management in validating accounting records for invoices, credit memos, and revenue recognition in the accounting system, to verify monthly revenue (including bank account handling and bank reconciliations). - Prepare monthly billing reports by customer type and conduct year-over-year comparisons at the customer level. - Plan and supervise activities of personnel under supervision. - Monitor openings, increases, and special services to ensure efficient billing and collections. - Compliance with company-established general policies and guidelines, internal regulations, procedures, and Code of Ethics. - 70% proficiency in REPSE regulations and accounting documentation. - Knowledge of Social Security and Payroll. - Customer portals.
