Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the proper functioning of the office, facilitating organization, control, and tracking of administrative activities. Functions and Responsibilities: Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments. Answer telephone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare and file administrative documents. Assist in preparing reports and presentations. Monitor office inventory and request supplies. Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events. Follow up on payments, invoicing, and administrative procedures.
