We are seeking an Administrative Assistant We need someone with accounting administration skills to support various administrative and accounting tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for , • Recording accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). • Entering and reconciling banking information. • Controlling and archiving accounting and tax documentation (invoices, receipts, vouchers). • Billing, inventory control, maintenance of financial records, and support in preparing accounting reports. • Reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Following up with suppliers and customers to validate information. • Complying with established accounting and tax policies. Prior experience in similar roles and the ability to work accurately and efficiently are required. This is an on-site position, and the candidate is expected to attend the office during regular working hours.
