Job Summary: We are seeking an Educational Technology Coordinator to manage, analyze, propose improvements for, and train staff on the use of digital educational tools across a network of schools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the development and maintenance of educational technology resources. 2. Design and implement pedagogical and innovation projects. 3. Train teachers to incorporate technology into their classes. We are seeking an Educational Technology Coordinator for Semper Altius School Network and Prepa Anáhuac. Responsibilities Manage the development and maintenance of educational technology resources. Analyze and evaluate the use of digital educational tools. Propose improvements and update technological equipment. Design and implement projects that increase engagement in pedagogical and innovation initiatives. Observe and provide feedback on classes incorporating technology. Train teachers at all levels and grades to support their integration of technology into instruction, contributing ideas, novel resources, and appropriate strategies to achieve established objectives, and collaborating with the Academic Prefecture and academic coordinations in developing the continuous professional development plan for all educators at the Educational Center. Coordinate personnel and projects carried out in the makerspace laboratory. · Requirements Teaching and educational technology management experience. Familiarity with digital educational tools and platforms. Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively in teams. Strong leadership, organizational, group facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. University degree in Electronic Technologies Engineering, Computational Technologies, Cybernetics, Mechatronics, Computer Systems, or Education. Degree completed.
