Job Description Mission: Ensure regulatory compliance, sustainability in relationships with landowners, ejidatarios, and authorities, as well as proper management of contracts, permits, licenses, and risks. Coordinate actions with other departments to guarantee operational continuity, continuous improvement, and excellence in asset administration. Responsibilities (detailed description):* Business development functions, land acquisition, permits, and relations with public administration related to energy generation assets * Manage usufruct, lease, easement, and other agreements related to project assets. * Supervise and ensure the validity of permits, licenses, and authorizations required for asset operations. * Guarantee compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve complaints or requests from landowners, ejidatarios, local authorities, and communities. * Manage document custody and organization for assigned projects, ensuring information traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements. + Implement risk mitigation strategies for contractual, regulatory, and/or social risks that could negatively affect assets. + Apply standardized corporate processes and promote best practices in asset management. + Represent the company in interactions with authorities, landowners, and communities, contributing to strengthening institutional relationships. + Prepare executive and operational reports on asset status, conflicts, risks, and outcomes. + Collaborate in executing strategic projects within the department, as well as perform tasks assigned by the Asset Management Management team. * Comply with objectives, standards, and policies of the Integrated Management System and corporate standards. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Renewable Energy. Candidates with other educational backgrounds will also be considered if they demonstrate solid experience in operational management of projects, contracts, and permits. Position Description Mission: Provide support to the accounting team in activities related to the management, recording, and analysis of financial and accounting information. Responsibilities (detailed description):* Assist in the accounting of supplier and customer invoices in the ERP system (SAP or equivalent). * Manage employee expense reimbursement processes, ensuring proper document validation. * Monitor and manage the billing email inbox, responding to supplier requests and ensuring compliance with deadlines. * Collaborate in invoice settlement processes, following established accounting and regulatory guidelines. * Support monthly accounting closing procedures, including report preparation and account reviews. * Perform basic reconciliations, such as bank and supplier account reconciliations. * Assist in other accounting recording activities as required by the department. * Ensure that all elements and tools established in the Compliance Program regarding criminal matters, money laundering, and anti-bribery are integrated into all processes and procedures under their responsibility. NOTE: The activities described are illustrative but not exhaustive. Candidate Requirements Education: Final-year undergraduate student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Additional Training: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, database management) desirable. General knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP (desirable). Foundational knowledge of general accounting and tax regulations.
