This includes medical activities stemming from industrial safety and hygiene, and fulfilling the medical-legal requirements the company must meet before relevant authorities. Improve workers’ physical health and well-being, prevent occupational illnesses and injuries through timely disease detection, and monitor and manage health conditions in accordance with medical surveillance and current regulations. Advise, coordinate, supervise, and implement occupational health and hygiene programs through internal preventive programs and collaboration with supporting medical institutions to ensure employee well-being. Responsibilities: * Medical Coordination: Develop and update the company’s situational diagnosis; monitor the annual activity program; assign and schedule tasks for personnel under supervision to optimize and ensure nationwide preventive medical care. * Control of Medical Furniture and Medications: Maintain up-to-date controls, records, forms, and medical service procedures. 100% — How?
