Offer opportunities for learning and professional growth Technical Support Intern Location: VALLEJO PLANT Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM Financial support: $6500 MONTHLY GROSS Are you passionate about technology and seeking an opportunity to grow across various ICT fields? Join our team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience in Technical Support! RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for software installation, configuration, and updates on computing devices. Perform preventive maintenance on computers and printers (physical cleaning and general inspection). Assist in diagnosing basic faults in computing and telephony equipment. Provide first-level technical support to users (on-site or remote). Collaborate in network cabling installation and organization. Log incidents and track support tickets. Assist in basic device configuration (email, printers, network, etc.). REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled student (in final semesters) pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Valid optional insurance coverage and up-to-date tax status documentation. Interest in technical support and IT problem resolution. Availability to work full-time shifts.
