Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tablet Press Operator for automated machinery to ensure quality and proper functioning of pharmaceutical production. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and assembly of various types of tablet presses A pharmaceutical group with over 45 years of experience in the healthcare sector is looking for your talent to join us as: Tablet Press Operator – Pharmaceutical Industry (Automated Machinery) What do you need? Completed secondary education or high school diploma Availability to rotate across 3 shifts from Monday to Saturday (rotation every 15 days: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. / 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) — NO FIXED SHIFTS Mandatory requirement: experience operating tablet presses in the pharmaceutical industry Availability to work at Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco Responsibilities: Tablet pressing of products assigned to your machine Deactivating or disabling a physical component or a critical parameter of equipment Reporting any defects detected in products, equipment, or work areas during your shift Preventing processes, rework, and non-conformities due to product quality failures Performing cleaning and manufacturing activities according to standard timeframes Disassembling, cleaning, and assembling various types of tablet presses Reconciling and completing manufacturing records for each produced product Performing equipment adjustments to maintain operation within specified parameters Conducting physical tests and process controls during tablet pressing Training assigned personnel when required by the area and operations Providing support to the department as required by the company We Offer: Gross monthly salary Statutory benefits from day one Savings fund from day one Grocery vouchers from day one Subsidized cafeteria from day one Free uniforms Option for indefinite-term contract. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School 1 year of experience
