Join us and apply for our: PURCHASING ANALYST position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field in economics and administration; preferably graduated. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (reporting, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, etc.) · Required Knowledge: Intermediate-level Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (logical functions and pivot tables — mandatory). SAP Purchasing Module (purchase order creation). Experience in purchasing promotional items, awards, trophies, and medals for large-scale events. · Responsibilities: Receive procurement requisitions assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor and execute the procurement process. Identify and evaluate new suppliers. Request quotations from the existing supplier base. Conduct on-site purchases (e.g., Walmart, Sam's Club, IKEA, Office Max, Office Depot, etc.). Monitor procurement progress closely and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
