As a Building Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Preventive and corrective maintenance Inspection and repair of common lighting fixtures (hallways, parking areas, exteriors). Verification and adjustment of basic electrical systems. Maintenance of water pumps. Inspection and cleaning of ventilation and exhaust systems. Drainage and gutter control and cleaning. Plumbing and sanitary facilities Repair of minor leaks in common areas. Replacement of keys, faucets, floats, or valves. General infrastructure maintenance Painting of deteriorated common areas.
