Requirements: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and system administration. Experience managing support ticketing systems. Essential Skills: SAP Business One HANA Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Windows server administration (Active Directory, user management, policies) Network security with Fortinet Cloud servers, networks, and remote access Desirable Skills: Aspel SAE and NOI systems Security cameras Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end users. Handle and track incidents using the ticketing system. Manage users and access on Windows servers. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Support the operation of enterprise systems.
