Your main responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon entering the elevator. • Operate the elevator safely, managing passenger and luggage flow. • Guide customers to room locations, restaurants, amenities, and hotel events. • Maintain order and immaculate cleanliness within the elevator area. • Immediately report any technical malfunctions or anomalies to the maintenance department. • Coordinate with the Bellboys (bellhops) team to assist with heavy luggage handling when necessary.
