Your key responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon entering the elevator. • Operate the elevator safely, managing passenger and luggage flow. • Guide guests regarding room locations, restaurants, hotel amenities, and events. • Maintain order and impeccable cleanliness within the elevator area. • Immediately report any technical failures or anomalies to the maintenance department. • Coordinate support with the Bellboys (bellhops) for handling heavy luggage when necessary.
