**Job Objective** Develop architectural designs and coordinate the various engineering disciplines involved in each project up to the construction documentation phase, ensuring proper technical integration and efficient construction execution—free of errors and clashes—as well as CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION. **Functions and Responsibilities** · Define drawing scope through deliverable lists and discipline-specific content requirements. · Integrate and coordinate the different specialties involved in each project. · Carry out interdisciplinary coordination, review, and development of construction documentation. · Manage and ensure the quality of models and technical documentation. · Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation. · Develop drawings and models using Revit as the primary tool, supported by AutoCAD. · Apply advanced Revit knowledge to project modeling and documentation. · Design architectural solutions aligned with the client’s technical and functional requirements. · Perform interpretations, quantifications, and analyses derived from drawings. · Develop 3D models for construction documentation, cost estimation, and construction processes. · Participate in the development of engineering and architectural projects across urban, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. · Conduct field surveys and prepare construction generators. · Prepare descriptive reports and technical project documentation. · Develop isometrics and floor plans according to project requirements. · Collaborate in integrating concept catalogs for infrastructure projects. **Knowledge Requirements** · Project coordination for construction. · Professional qualification as a Civil Engineer and/or Architect. · General knowledge of engineering disciplines. **Competencies** · Planning and organization. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (advanced level). · Minimum 5 years’ experience as a designer/draftsperson. · Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. · Experience in residential projects and high-rise construction. · Teamwork capability and adaptability to change. · Rendering production. · Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. · Knowledge of and experience applying BIM methodology. · High sense of urgency, availability, and flexibility. **Software** · Revit MEP – Structural – Architectural (Mandatory) · SketchUp (Mandatory) · AutoCAD (Mandatory) · Photoshop (Desirable) · V-Ray (Desirable) · Enscape, Lumion, D5Render, or Twinmotion (Desirable) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,372.53 – $24,894.12 per month Work Location: On-site
