Driver and general helper City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: 25 May 2026 Schedule: MONDAY TO SUNDAY, DAY OFF ON TUESDAY, 10:00 PM TO 5:00 AM Description: Helper 'B' Role: Helper 'B' General Purpose Perform unloading, sorting, routing, and loading of packages and courier items by inspecting and scanning each shipment, always ensuring proper handling and stacking to meet delivery timelines and conditions in accordance with quality standards. Results Key Responsibilities 1\.\- Receive packages and envelopes, verifying they belong to the assigned delivery zone to ensure dispatch on the correct route. 2\.\- Sort and route services by guarantee type into designated trays on vehicles to ensure timely delivery. 3\.\- Scan shipments upon container entry to generate corresponding delivery manifests and physically reconcile different packages and envelopes. 4\.\- Deliver packages or envelopes in the mandatory presence of the customer via scanning and registration using the handheld reader, requesting the customer's electronic signature to confirm delivery. 5\.\- Record undeliverable shipments using the optical reader system to track daily status. 6\.\- Deliver couriers to various retail locations along the assigned route and register them via scanner so customers may collect their service. 7\.\- Collect shipments from customers’ addresses according to the assigned route, registering them to maintain access control in the system. 8\.\- Return to the distribution center to hand over the vehicle and optical reader; a manifest report is generated for the day’s route to reconcile shipments and monitor daily activities. 9\.\- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
