Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support the commercial department and ensure process tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support to the sales team and customer service. 2. Preparation and follow-up of quotations, sales orders, and invoicing. 3. Job Description: We seek an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant who supports the commercial department and ensures proper tracking of sales administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: Administrative support to the sales team. Preparation and follow-up of quotations, sales orders, and invoicing. Customer service and follow-up. Updating and managing databases and CRM. (Salesforce preferred) Preparation of sales reports. Coordination with logistics, finance, and warehouse departments. Filing and documentation control for physical and digital commercial documents. Inventory tracking. Requirements: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in administration. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Salesforce. Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
