User and device management with advanced tools Join ADT Mexico, a global leader in security, seeking: HELP DESK / TECHNICAL SUPPORT Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment (devices in meeting rooms). User, device, and application management using tools such as Active Directory, Intune, O365, and Azure. Equipment renewal planning — secure data erasure. Inventory control (inbound and outbound). Vendor tracking. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technologies, or related fields (intern or graduate). Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Professional and macOS (preferred). Proficiency in user/device administration tools (Active Directory, Intune, O365 Admin Portal, Exchange, and Azure). Technical English.
