




Job Summary: A prestigious accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to coordinate teams, ensure tax and financial management, and generate strategic information for clients. Accounting team development and leadership PRESTIGIOUS ACCOUNTING FIRM REQUIRES: · ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field; graduation or internship status required; Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, or Administration preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and financial accounting is required to ensure solid accounting-tax judgment, and at least 3 years of experience in personnel coordination roles within an accounting firm, ensuring proper tax and financial management for clients through team supervision, regulatory compliance, and generation of reliable information for strategic decision-making. Strong knowledge of general accounting, advanced tax and financial accounting, current tax legislation, coordination of accounting closings, advanced Excel, as well as accounting systems such as ASPEL, CONTPAQi or similar, and a customer service orientation are essential. The candidate must demonstrate proactivity, openness to learning, leadership and team development capabilities, analytical and strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, results orientation, attention to detail and quality, professional ethics, service attitude, and discretion in handling confidential information. · Key responsibilities of the position: · Supervise, coordinate, and follow up on the work of accounting consultants and assistants. Review accounting records, financial statements, and tax returns. Ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service). Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. Design, implement, and supervise internal controls to ensure accounting information quality. Provide technical support for strategic tax and financial decisions. Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and metrics for the accounting department. Identify areas for improvement in accounting and tax processes. Promote and coordinate continuous technical training for the team. · Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs., although candidates must have flexible availability depending on operational needs. The salary offered ranges from $26,500–$31,000 gross, depending on experience, plus statutory benefits and 13% food vouchers.
