




Position Summary: A prominent accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to coordinate and supervise teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate strategic financial information. Strategic support in tax and financial decision-making PROMINENT ACCOUNTING FIRM REQUIRES: · ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field; graduated or internship candidate preferred; Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, or Administration desirable. Minimum 5 years’ experience in tax and financial accounting required to ensure solid accounting-tax judgment, plus at least 3 years in personnel coordination roles within an accounting firm, ensuring proper tax and financial management for clients through team supervision, regulatory compliance, and generation of reliable information for strategic decision-making. Essential requirements include expertise in general accounting, advanced tax and financial accounting, current tax legislation, coordination of accounting closings, advanced Excel proficiency, as well as experience with accounting systems such as ASPEL, CONTPAQi or similar, and a strong customer service orientation. The candidate must demonstrate proactivity, openness to learning, leadership and team development capabilities, analytical and strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, results orientation, attention to detail and quality, professional ethics, service mindset, and discretion in handling confidential information. · Key responsibilities of the position: · Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the work of accounting consultants and assistants. Review accounting records, financial statements, and tax returns. Ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service). Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. Design, implement, and supervise internal controls to ensure accounting information quality. Provide technical support for strategic tax and financial decisions. Prepare managerial reports, indicators, and metrics for the accounting department. Identify areas for improvement in accounting and tax processes. Promote and coordinate continuous technical training for the team. · Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs., though candidates must have flexible availability depending on operational needs. The salary range is $26,500–$31,000 gross, depending on experience, plus statutory benefits and 13% food vouchers.
