Quality Coordinator – Distribution Center (CEDIS) (Fito Warehouse) Join the Fonda Argentina family At Fonda Argentina, we are looking for a quality specialist who ensures food safety, regulatory compliance, and consistency across our production processes. If you have experience in the food industry and in team leadership, this opportunity is for you. What will you do? Ensure compliance with quality standards in production processes. Supervise proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP systems. Validate critical controls (temperature, time, and records). Manage inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports. Control quality during raw material receipt and supplier evaluation. Supervise sanitary conditions in storage and transportation. Coordinate training on quality, hygiene, and food safety. Ensure compliance with health regulations (COFEPRIS, NOMs). What are we looking for? Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. 4–5 years of quality experience (food industry). Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience. Experience in internal/external audits. Solid knowledge of: HACCP Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Health regulations ERP system and Microsoft Office software usage.
