REQUIREMENTS: - 2 years of experience as a sales team trainer (preferably in the security industry) - Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or Finance - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Strong verbal communication skills - Group facilitation ability - Knowledge of sales quality · RESPONSIBILITIES - Service quality control: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys in person and via telephone calls. - Complaint handling (corrective and preventive actions): Investigate customer complaints and follow up until resolution with corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Reporting to management: Submit monthly quality reports, findings, and improvement plans. - CNAC survey handling: Provide customer service and develop work plans to resolve identified issues until customer satisfaction is achieved. - System data entry: Input feedback into the institutional system regarding any findings detected during customer visits and calls · WE OFFER Base salary: $14,000 MXN per month (gross) Statutory benefits Career development plan Free uniforms. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree Years of experience Keywords: advisor, asesor, quality, qa
