Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant – Junior Buyer to manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, and supplier follow-up, ensuring goods verification and payment administration. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement process management from requisition to payment. 2. Sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers. 3. Collaboration with the Warehouse department for goods verification. A company dedicated to the sale and distribution of medical supplies is seeking: · Procurement Assistant – Junior Buyer Work location: Isidro Fabela neighborhood, Tlalpan borough; 3 days working at corporate office and 2 days at factory in Huipulco neighborhood, Tlalpan borough. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and manage purchase requisitions issued by departments; generate purchase orders and track them; request and analyze quotations from authorized suppliers; prepare comparative charts presenting available options (prices, payment terms, delivery times, discounts, quality, and regulatory compliance). Track order confirmations with suppliers; source, evaluate, and select new suppliers; receive and verify goods jointly with the Warehouse department; request and administer supplier payments; communicate with suppliers and internal departments responsible for execution. · WE OFFER: -Monthly gross salary of $13,000 to $15,000 MXN (based on experience) -Statutory benefits -30-day year-end bonus and food vouchers of $1,200 per month -Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM · REQUIREMENTS: -Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related field. -Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. -Technical English proficiency (reading comprehension and writing). -Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar. · Interested?
