Job Summary: We are seeking a pouch-type bag-making machine operator with technical skills and a proactive attitude to operate and adjust machinery, execute production programs, and supervise assistants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical skills in operating machinery, as well as a proactive attitude and commitment to final product quality. Main Responsibilities • Operate and adjust bag-making machines and/or extruders according to the operation manual. • Execute the production program and monitor process parameters. • Verify machine conditions before startup and during operation. • Prepare production records and reports, and supervise the machine operator assistant. Requirements • Completed junior high school education. • Minimum 6 months of experience as a bag-making machine operator, side-seal operator, or bottom-seal operator. • Availability to rotate shifts.
