Compliance with tax and labor obligations related to payroll Payroll Coordinator / Auditor We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator with proven track record, organized and results-oriented, to lead and ensure the accurate execution of payroll processes and accounting controls. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree holder). Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll coordination or administration. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, databases). Experience in database management and administration. Knowledge and proficiency in accounting systems. Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. High sense of confidentiality and responsibility. Main Responsibilities: Coordination and supervision of the end-to-end payroll process. Control and validation of payroll incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, overtime). Generation of financial and administrative reports. Administration and updating of the employee database.
