Job Summary: End-to-end management of the payroll process, personnel file administration, contract coordination, and labor compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the payroll process and employee personnel files. 2. Ensures compliance with labor and social security regulations. 3. Provides specialized support to employees. *RESPONSIBILITIES* End-to-end management of the payroll process. Administration and control of physical and digital personnel files. Employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with IMSS (HC, IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT). Incident tracking: overtime hours, absences, variable pay components, and benefits. Coordination of biweekly employment contract signings and weekly contractor supervision. Document review and validation of regulatory compliance. Database administration and updates. Specialized payroll-related support to employees. Ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations. · *REQUIREMENTS* * Completed bachelor's degree (degree certificate or letter of completion). * Technical proficiency in: * IDSE * SUA * INFONAVIT Advanced/intermediate Excel skills (databases, formulas, information control).
