Inventory Assistant Chemist – Visiting Multiple Laboratories • Full-time position: Monday to Friday • 9 AM – 6 PM (with flexible hours if operations require it). • Work location: Various laboratories across CDMX — travel allowances provided. Main Responsibilities: • Conduct physical inventory counts at units and warehouses for stock control and periodic replenishment. • Monitor and control inventory levels of supplies, reagents, and consumables. • Analyze consumption versus demand (invoiced sales) to ensure appropriate supply. • Prepare monthly allocations based on unit requirements and demand analysis. • Generate and follow up on reports and incidents. • Provide support across the supply chain, from order fulfillment to staff training and service billing. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in inventory management (pharmaceutical products, hospitals, or laboratories). • Education: Clinical Chemist, Pharmaceutical Chemist, or related degree (MANDATORY). • Proficiency in Excel. • Knowledge of invoicing and collections.
