Strengthen relationships with banking institutions and advisors Finance Manager – Mexico City We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Mexico City. This position is critical to ensuring that our local financial operations are accurate, efficient, and fully aligned with Mexican regulations and corporate guidelines. If you have solid experience in accounting, Mexican tax compliance, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities, this could be an excellent opportunity for your next career step. · Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Mexican GAAP and corporate requirements. Lead local financial reporting to HQ and external authorities (SAT, among others). Manage tax filings and compliance (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT, Annual Tax Return, etc.). Oversee cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and payment processes. Administer and strengthen relationships with banking institutions, including account opening and operations. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure regulatory compliance. Stay up-to-date on changes in Mexican tax and accounting regulations. Implement and improve internal financial controls. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in similar roles within financial services firms. Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws, SAT reporting, and financial regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Fluent English. CPA / Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
