Position Summary: We are seeking an EndPoint Engineer with experience in SCCM and Intune administration, integration and automation, security and compliance, and collaboration with global teams. Collaboration with global teams and technical documentation Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: · EndPoint Engineer To work at offices in CDMX or QRO or GDL or MTY Hybrid work model (3 days remote - 2 days on-site) Conversational English required · Key Responsibilities: SCCM Administration: o Implement, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure. o Manage operating system deployments, patching, and application packaging. o Perform health checks and troubleshoot SCCM client/server issues. o Create and maintain baselines and compliance reports. Microsoft Intune Administration: o Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment and application deployment. o Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). o Monitor and resolve Intune deployment errors and Autopilot issues. o Ensure mobile devices and endpoints comply with security policies. Integration and Automation: o Integrate SCCM with Intune for co-management scenarios. o Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) for routine tasks. o Optimize workflows for software distribution and patching. Security and Compliance: o Adhere to organizational security standards and compliance frameworks. o Implement endpoint protection policies and monitor security incidents. Collaboration and Documentation: o Collaborate closely with global teams and operations center stakeholders. o Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and minutes of meetings (MOM). o Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions across departments. · Requirements Minimum 4 years of prior experience as an EndPoint Engineer  Extensive experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.  Practical experience with Windows Autopilot, patch management, and application deployment.  Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.  Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and endpoint security.  Familiarity with compliance frameworks and ITIL processes. · We Offer: Office working hours 100% payroll-based employment scheme Salary open to negotiation based on experience Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits (family SGMM insurance, SV coverage up to 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
