Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Analyst to manage reconciliations, transfers, and account follow-up, as well as detect operational issues and provide support. Key Highlights: 1. Collections Analyst Location: Mexico City. Work Model: On-site. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Gross Monthly Salary: $29,000 MXN. Key Responsibilities: -Reconciliation and Transfers: Review, reconcile, and apply payments received from Mercado Pago, PayPal, and Marketplaces (Coppel, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Liverpool, etc.). -Reconcile payments related to digital products and transfer corresponding amounts to the accounting team. -Open Account Control and Follow-up: -Manage open items arising from sales to EPP and eStore customers. -Provide evidence on Mercado Pago, PayPal, and Signifyd portals for chargeback-related cases. + -Operational Issue Detection and Support: -Identify operational issues and generate tickets in Jira for resolution. -Provide support for internal and external queries related to operations. Operational Testing: -Conduct marketplace-related tests to ensure proper operation and payment flow. -Conduct tests for new online-related projects. -Departmental Activities: -Payment reconciliation for marketplaces and payment gateways, and timely follow-up on outstanding receivables. Chargeback handling and contract validation. -Resolution of system errors related to A/R processes. -Provide evidence on Mercado Pago and Signifyd portals for chargeback-related cases. -Review and validation of new online-related projects. -Operational Issue Detection and Support: -Identify operational issues and generate tickets in Jira for resolution. -Provide support for internal and external queries related to operations. Requirements: -Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. -Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. -Intermediate English (B1–B2).
