Support in construction supervision and progress control Construction Assistant | Ultra-Luxury Resort | Belize, Central America We are looking for a Construction Assistant to join on-site an exclusive ultra-luxury resort in Belize, participating in the execution of one of the region’s most significant hotel developments. This position is ideal for construction professionals seeking to grow within high-level international projects, directly supporting on-site supervision, progress control, and construction processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys, measurements, and quantity control Prepare daily progress reports with photographic evidence Assist in basic supervision of construction fronts Monitor contractors and report incidents Maintain a logbook of progress, observations, and pending items Verify basic technical specifications and safety standards Support material control and on-site receipt Participate in quality assurance processes and handover of completed areas Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree holder) Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works or architectural finishes Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Revit, Project, and field construction tools (preferred) Basic English with technical terminology (preferred) Experience in hotels, resorts, or high-end residential projects (preferred) Willingness to relocate and work 100% on-site in Belize We Offer: $35,000 MXN gross monthly salary Statutory benefits Major Medical Expense Insurance Flight for mobility Accommodation included Support with work permits and immigration procedures Professional development at an international ultra-luxury resort Location: Fully on-site work. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: between 25 and 30 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, construction, construction, construction, building, construction
