Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge to deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage reservations, and coordinate operations efficiently, supporting the growth of Oasis App. Key Highlights: 1. Design of proposals for new products and strategies We are looking for a Concierge Job Objective To deliver an exceptional customer experience through comprehensive reservation management and multichannel support, ensuring operational efficiency, data-driven continuous improvement, and alignment with Oasis App’s growth strategies. Key Responsibilities · Manage customer service across all channels: · Conduct timely follow-up and maintain detailed control over all reservations. · Coordinate reservation operations and ticket delivery efficiently. · CRM · Master the full sales process, commissions, policies, tools, and Oasis App operations. · Participate in weekly meetings and cross-departmental meetings. · Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design proposals for new products, processes, or strategies. Requirements: · 6 months of customer service experience. · Completed high school education · Google Workspace (basic level) · Digital tools: Stripe, Discord, ClickUp, Mailchimp, Data Studio (preferred) · Effective communication (verbal and written) · Excellent writing and spelling skills Position Details · Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, remainder remote) · Salary: $9,582.47 monthly · Schedule: o Base: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 55 years Knowledge: Communication, Teamwork, Customer Service Keywords: doorman, concierge, subordinate, porter
