Career development plan **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** **ALIANZA CORP.** We are a Mexican company providing information technology solutions and services, with a strong focus on technological innovation and adoption of cloud-based solutions. **Technical Support Engineer** We are looking for a First- and Second-Level Technical Support Engineer to support internal and external users, ensuring operational continuity of systems, networks, and computing equipment. **Job Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Experience using ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira). * Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP). * Strong communication and customer service skills. **Job Responsibilities** 1\. **Incident Handling and Resolution** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, network). * Log and track tickets using systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow. 2\. **Equipment Installation and Configuration** * Computers, printers, mobile devices, peripherals. * Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise software. 3\. **User Administration** * Create, modify, and delete user accounts. * Manage permissions and access (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.). 4\. **Support for Communication Platforms** * Email (Outlook, Gmail, Exchange). * Collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack). 5\. **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** * Software updates and security patches. * Physical cleaning and hardware inspection. 6\. **Technical Documentation** * Manuals, procedures, knowledge base. * Record configurations and changes. 7\. **System Monitoring** * Use monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios. * Monitor servers, networks, and critical services. 8\. **User Training** * Assist users in utilizing technological tools. * Promote best practices in cybersecurity. 9\. **Backup Management and Recovery** * Verify backup integrity. * Restore data in case of failures. 10\. **Participation in IT Projects** * Migrations, infrastructure upgrades, implementation of new tools. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits and perks * Continuous training in the field. * Pleasant and collaborative work environment. * Career development plan **IMPORTANT NOTE: 100% ON-SITE POSITION** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
