Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering candidate. ***PROVEN ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH REQUIRED*** **Required Experience:** SCRUM MASTER certification mandatory. 5 years of experience as a SCRUM MASTER and PROJECT MANAGER. Experience managing multi-regional or distributed teams. Familiarity with content production workflows, broadcast/digital operations, OTT/streaming services. Additional agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, ICP-ACC, etc.).
