Join the data\-revolution! **The role:** You will be responsible for leading and driving strategic data science projects focused on automating processes. By applying predictive models and effective techniques, you’ll solve real business challenges in a fast\-moving corporate setting. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that’s shaping how the organization makes impactful decisions. **What will you do:** * Discover and leverage valuable data sources, automate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, and perform data quality analysis (completeness, profiling, etc.). * Automate manual processes, especially business analysis and repetitive tasks like exception documentation and operational flows. * Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover relevant patterns and trends. * Design, develop, and deploy predictive models (e.g., XGBoost) to answer key business questions such as customer forecasts, contract renewals, goal achievement likelihood, and product success probability. * Integrate AI solutions into business processes, ensuring data security and cybersecurity compliance. * Present insights and results through clear and effective visualizations (using Power BI or other tools). * Lead data science projects from problem definition to implementation and results communication with both technical and non\-technical teams. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams using agile methodologies like Scrum. * Document data use cases by detailing business problems, data needs, and expected outcomes. **What are we looking for:** * 3\+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst. * Proficient in Python (pandas, advanced regular expressions, data pipelines), SQL (complex joins, stored procedures in T\-SQL), and database management. * Experience in data mining, forecasting, and building predictive and statistical models. * Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools. * Experience working with Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu, or other derived distributions). * Familiarity with the commercial data risk ecosystem (credit and/or suppliers), ideally in a Latin American country. * Knowledge of machine learning, business\-applied artificial intelligence, and process automation. * Education in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or another quantitative field, * Experience in large companies and complex business challenges is preferable. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in diverse teams. * Proactive and autonomous in contributing to projects, aligning data solutions with business goals. * Proficiency in English language (written and spoken). **What we offer:** * Positive and encouraging work environment. * Dynamic company where you can grow as far as your vision and curiosity leads you. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Hybrid work scheme. *CIAL provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
