Calculation of indemnifiable amounts, payments excluding VAT, discounts applied on invoices, etc. Handling objections based on the service agreement. Management of dedicated drives for tracking reports. Use of SAP Service tool. Timely and proper handling of service reports. Accompanying customers until indemnification is completed. **Requirements:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical and information synthesis skills.
