





*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at Grupo PPA in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ### **Job Objective** Assist in calculating, processing, and controlling staff payroll, ensuring compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Assist in calculating and preparing weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll. * Record attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, etc.). * Prepare and review payroll receipts. * Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Assist in calculating severance payments and final settlements. * Assist in preparing payroll reports and reconciliations. * Safeguard and maintain up-to-date personnel information. * Comply with internal policies and ensure confidentiality of information. ### **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or human resources administration. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, Income Tax (ISR), and payroll processing. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level). **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Consulting, advisory, and business services *This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=694328c42400002400ff4b89&source=indeed*
