We are seeking an Oracle DBA with hands\-on experience performing Oracle 11g to 19c upgrades, database migrations using RMAN backup/restore, and Oracle GoldenGate unidirectional and bidirectional replication setups. The role also requires experience in Exadata migrations, including moving databases from Oracle 11g environments to Exadata platforms. Responsibilities: * Manage RMAN backups, restore, and recovery processes. * Maintain database performance, security, and patching. * Work closely with app teams during migration cutover. * Provide documentation and knowledge transfer. * Perform Oracle 11g 19c database upgrades using: + RMAN backup/restore. + Out\-of\-place upgrades. + Transport methods / Data Pump (if required). * Run pre\-upgrade and post\-upgrade checks. * Perform validation, testing, and rollback planning. * Install, configure, and manage Oracle GoldenGate Unidirectional replication (source target), Bidirectional (active\-active) replication. * Configure Extract, Data Pump, and Replicate processes. * Monitor replication lag and performance. * Migrate Oracle 11g databases to Exadata platforms. * Understand Cell/compute node architecture, ASM disk groups, Smart Scan, and storage indexes. * Perform RMAN restore/duplicate on Exadata. * Optimize database settings based on Exadata best practices. Qualifications: * 8\+ years as an Oracle DBA. * Hands\-on with Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c. * Experience with RMAN backup/restore cloning and migration. * Strong knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate (uni \& bi\-directional). * Experience with Exadata platform, ASM, and RAC. * Strong SQL, performance tuning basics, and troubleshooting skills. * Experience with PDB/CDB multitenant architecture. * Knowledge of Data Guard. \#LI\-Remote \#Mexico \#CostaRica \#Argentina \#Colombia

About the Role We’re looking for a hands\-on Senior Engineering Lead to lead delivery of our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platforms spanning Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality. You’ll lead engineering efforts that centralize and curate customer, location master and product catalogs ensuring they are accurate, complete, secure, and immediately useful across our ecosystem of applications and channels. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define the vision for enterprise data capabilities, lead a team of engineers to execute on it, and establish the KPIs and operating model that turn data into a durable competitive advantage. What You’ll Do Leadership \& Strategy* Lead system design and reference architecture for scalable, distributed data platforms using microservices and event\-driven patterns. * Establish data governance practices and operating mechanisms (standards, stewardship, SLAs, playbooks, runbooks). * Drive cross\-functional alignment and stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Security, Privacy/Legal, and business domains. Enterprise Data Architecture \& Delivery* Lead solution architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns for PIM/MDM (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify, Informatica MDM) and digital assets. * Centralize product information and digital assets; integrate upstream/downstream sources (e.g., PLM, DAM, ERP, commerce, analytics). * Implement and evolve a data quality framework (profiling, rules, monitoring, reconciliation) to measurably improve data completeness, consistency, and timeliness. * Design and deliver cloud\-native and cloud\-agnostic master data services powering 30\+ applications and business functions.
