REQUIREMENTS **What You’ll Bring** * **Education:** Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s is a plus). * **Experience:** 3–5 years in **software development,** **since architecture**, **testing and implementation.** * **Skills:** * Proven ability to deliver **production\-ready software** that’s **maintainable, scalable, performant, and secure.** * Strong knowledge of **Object\-Oriented Programming** principles. * Deep expertise with the **Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core Platform** / **ASP.NET Core**. * Proficiency in **C\#** and modern development patterns. * Hands\-on experience with **cloud\-native development (Azure or AWS).** * Familiarity with both **relational** (SQL Server or PostgreSQL, etc.) and **document\-oriented** (MongoDB or CosmosDB, etc.) databases. * Experience designing and implementing **RESTful Web APIs**. * Front\-end skills * **HTML5** with semantic markup. * **CSS** focused on maintainability and scalability. * Knowledge of frameworks like **React or Blazor**. * Comfort working in **modern CI/CD** pipelines using Docker, pull requests, automated builds/tests, and deployments. * Strong problem\-solving ability, proactive mindset, and ability to work **independently** in a **fast\-paced startup** environment. * **Mindset:** * Passion for **financial inclusion** and creating **dignified access to liquidity.** * Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to learn fast in a startup environment. * A bias for action — you experiment, measure, and iterate relentlessly.
