Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Delphi Support Engineer with experience in maintaining and supporting legacy applications, for an AMS team. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking talent such as: Support Engineer Delphi / Hybrid CDMX / Fixed-Term Contract Junior Delphi professional with solid experience in maintenance, support, and evolution of productive legacy applications, capable of working with medium autonomy within an AMS team. Possesses sound technical judgment for incident analysis, execution of controlled changes, and functional-technical support. Actively participates in operational stability, code optimization, and enterprise database support, escalating highly complex cases when necessary. Actively handles support tickets and performs basic maintenance of productive applications. Performs Level 2/3 support activities, analysis and resolution of medium-complexity incidents, as well as implementation of controlled improvements and corrections. Responsibilities: Corrective support for Delphi applications in production. Handling of AMS support tickets (Level L2/L3). Analysis and resolution of errors in Delphi/Java code. Execution of minor changes and functional adjustments. Database interaction: SQL queries Data validation Review of application logs. Support for controlled deployments. Documentation of: Incidents Applied solutions Technical procedures Must attend the office daily at Softtek Toreo or Reforma.
